HD SUPPLY REPAIR & REMODEL CASHBACK CLUB PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The use of your Account or a Card by you or an authorized user means you accept these Terms and Conditions. The word “Account” means your Cashback Club Card Account. The words "you," "your" and "yours" refer to the Cardmember and the words "we," "us" and "our" refer to HDSupply Repair & Remodel the issuer of your Cashback Club Card.

Cashback Club Reward

Cashback Club Card is denominated in dollars and cents and rounded to the nearest cent. Total Purchases are based on year-to-year pre-sales tax total. Cashback Club Reward is calculated based on purchases made during a quarter period corresponding to calendar year. Quarters are defined as:

Q1 (January – March)
Q2 (April – June)
Q3 (July – September)
Q4 (October– December)

Cashback Reward Calculation

We calculate your Cashback Reward based on the following tier levels by multiplying your total Purchases at the end of each calendar quarter period by:

• 0% (.00), if the Purchases are less than $4,999
• 3% (.03), if the Purchases are between $5,000 and $ 99,999
• 4% (.04), if the Purchases are between $100,000 and $249,999
• 5% (.05), if the Purchases are in excess of $250,000 during your anniversary year

If the total purchases for a quarter breach the next tier, then the reward will retro back to dollar one; for example

In the first quarter you purchase $6,000 – you will receive an award for $180 (.03* 6,000). In the second quarter, you spend $95,000 – you will receive $3,860 (.03 * 93,999) + (.01 * 99,999) + (.04 * 1,001)

Other Details

• The Cashback Club Card is not a credit card
• Purchases are not transferable from account owner to another account owner
• The Cashback Club Card is the property of HDSupply Repair & Remodel and must be returned upon request
• Statements and Rewards will be sent out quarterly no later than the 14th of the month following quarter close for all accounts exceeding $5,000 to either the store or the account address on record
• Rewards in excess of $500 will be mailed directly to one of the store locations, where a manager will call you so the reward can be picked up
• Rewards less than $500 will be mailed to address on record
• A statement will not be mailed to you or the store at the end of a quarter unless you are eligible for a reward
• Rewards of value less than $5.01 will not be issued
• We reserve the right to hold rewards until the account holder funds have cleared
• It is the responsibility of the account owner to ensure the address on file is correct
• We may audit the transactions on which your Cashback Reward is calculated for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make adjustments to your Cashback Reward based on your Account activity. For example, we will decrease the balance in your Cashback Reward Account to correspond with the return of a purchase or with the amount of an erroneous reward disbursement. We will calculate the amount of the adjustment based on your tier level at the time of the transaction. This may result in a negative Cashback Reward Account balance. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Changes may be made at any time and may include, but are not limited to, modifying the level of purchases required to qualify for the various tiers, changing the redemption methods and imposing additional restrictions.
• Reward Cancellation. – if you become deceased while enrolled, the points on your card will be erased
• A minimum profit margin of 10% is required on a YTD basis to be eligible for cashback reward
